COMPANION-SITTER​:

 

• Assist with activities of daily life such as companionship, safety, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, laundry, errands/transportation and assistance with bathing.

 

CNA:

 

• Assist with activities of daily life such as companionship, safety, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, laundry, errands/transportation and assistance with bathing. 

• Also, includes feeding, full bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and assistance with mobility, ADL.

DUAL CARE HUSBAND-WIFE:

 

• Applies when a caregiver provides companionship and/or home helper services to 2 individuals. 

 

24-7 LIVE-IN:

 

• Client must be able to provide private sleeping accommodations for the Agency Care Giver.

• Caregiver must be able to get a sleep at night sleep from 11p-7a   

• Care giver must receive 3 meals a day (meal are to be reasonable and may be what the senior is eating unless the senior is on a special diet)

• If caregiver is required to stay awake from 11p-7a
  (The Shift Will Be Split Into Two 12 Hour Shifts Billed at the Hourly Rate)

 

ESCORT SERVICE:

 

• Accompany the client to doctors appointments, or  social outing
